General Policy

Indo Global University operates a transparent and ethical process for all its academic and honorary recognitions. As all applications undergo review and evaluation before approval, fees paid are generally non-refundable.

Refunds May Be Considered Only

Refunds may be considered under the following situations:

Double Payment: If the applicant has made a double payment by mistake, a refund may be processed.

Application Processing Failure: If the university, for any reason, is unable to process the application, a refund may be considered.

Withdrawal Before Evaluation: If the applicant withdraws before the evaluation process begins, and provides a valid written reason, a refund may be granted.

Refund Process

Refund Requests: All refund requests must be made in writing to finance@indoglobaluniversity.com.

Refund Processing Time: Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of request to the original payment method.

Deductions: Processing fees or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund, if applicable, based on the payment method used.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

Evaluation Has Started: If the evaluation process has already commenced.

Withdrawal After Approval: If the applicant withdraws after the approval of the application.

Incomplete or Misleading Documents: If the documents provided by the applicant are incomplete, incorrect, or misleading, refunds will not be processed.
